Wiseliving is the retail-facing brand name used by Thermalux, an Australian manufacturer based in Albury, NSW. Thermalux has been manufacturing wood-fired heating and cooking products in Australia for over 50 years. The Wiseliving branding was developed to make the product range more accessible to retail customers while retaining the same manufacturing heritage.
Can a Wiseliving wood cooker heat my home and provide hot water at the same time?
Yes. Wiseliving's wood cooker range – including the Gourmet Cooker and Grand Cuisine – is designed to perform multiple functions simultaneously: cooking on the hotplate or in the oven, heating the room through radiant output, and in some configurations supplying hot water through a wetback connection. How does a Wiseliving wood-fired hydronic system work?
A Wiseliving hydronic boiler burns wood to heat water, which is then circulated through insulated pipes to radiators, underfloor heating or towel rails throughout your home.
